Esse tipo de comportamento \u00e9 comum e, para o cliente, pode ser algo positivo e divertido. No entanto, para o vendedor, isso muitas vezes gera uma expectativa negativa, um sentimento de que est\u00e1 perdendo tempo com um cliente que n\u00e3o vai efetuar a compra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A Chave \u00e9 a Conex\u00e3o<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A chave para transformar essa situa\u00e7\u00e3o est\u00e1 em <strong>conectar-se<\/strong> com esses consumidores. O vendedor que apenas fica de lado, observando o cliente &#8220;aproveitar o momento&#8221;, perde uma grande oportunidade. Perguntas bem elaboradas podem ajudar a identificar a real inten\u00e7\u00e3o de compra e a criar uma oportunidade de venda.
